Manager, Insights and Market Operations

The Paulig Coffee Division’s marketing organization is looking for an experienced marketing professional to strengthen the team. In this new strategic position your responsibility is to lead marketing operations management in all channels in Finland, Russia and the Baltics. You are responsible for market activation, including planning, budgeting and control. You lead a matrix organization of area/country marketing managers and work tightly with the divisional marketing team. Your direct reports will be the marketing insights team members. You report to the Paulig Coffee Division Marketing Director.

Professional experience and skills required for this position:

  • Profound international marketing skills and experience (more than 5 years experience from marketing manager position in leading international/local FMCG company operating in North-East Europe,working experience from Russian market is a plus)
  • Leadership excellence
  • Ability to turn marketing intelligence into insight
  • Proven capability to manage partners
  • Fluent in English
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Academic degree (MSc)
