Product Development Coordinator

The Paulig Coffee Division`s new product development (NPD) team is looking for a Product Development Coordinator. The main responsibility of the position is to coordinate development projects concerning existing products and packages. Your daily responsibilities include: product development tasks and project coordination for product modifications and Private Labels. Participation in development projects concerning new production plants and new development areas. You will also be a main user of Sinfos and SAP masterdata in the projects described above. You will work in cooperation with sales and marketing, logistics, production and of course with NPD. You report to the Development Manager.

Professional experience and skills required for this position:

  • Expertise in food industry
  • Proven project management skills
  • Fluent Finnish and English, Swedish and Russian are a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • SAP and other ICT skills
  • Academic degree (MSc) or degree from University of Applied Sciences
