Paulig has operated in the Russian market since 1992 and is today one of the leading natural coffee companies in Russia. In autumn 2009 Paulig started building a natural coffee roastery and office facilities to Tver. Operations will start in 2011. The roastery’s production capacity will be 6 million kilos or over 12 million packets of coffee a year, and the capacity can easily be boosted by expanding the production process and extending the building if needed. The production plant will serve the Russian and CIS markets.

The main designer of the Tver roastery is Finnish KVA Architects Ltd. The construction is the responsibility of the Russian ZAO HAKA Moscow. The investment is valued at approximately EUR 20 million.
