Drip filter

Drip filter is a device used to brew filter coffee. Filter paper and grinded coffee are placed into the cone and hot water is slowly poured over the coffee grinds.

Drip filter is needed for both traditional filter coffee as well as for the pour over method.

In filter cone water drips slowly and evenly, extracting best aromas from the coffee. Filter paper prevent the grinds from ending up to the cup. Filter paper also removes some of the fat from coffee and therefor filter coffee contains less fat comparing to unfiltered pot coffee. The flavor of filter coffee is fresh and light compared to unfiltered coffees.
