The cherries, admitted trough the inspection, are placed on a concrete drying table or hanging drying nets. Drying takes about three weeks depending of the weather conditions. During the drying, the cherries are being turned regularly to prevent molding and to have evenly dry result. Dry cherries are wrought with a coffee pulper machine.
